Do you offer free in-home measurement and quotes?
YES, Onlineblinds4u provide in-home measure, quote, and installation services only if you are around 40 km from Clyde 3978 VIC.
Where are your blinds made?
We supply a range of custom-made blinds produced both locally within Australia and by selected international manufacturers.
What does “custom made” mean?
Each blind is made specifically for your window based on the measurements you supply. We do not offer off-the-shelf blinds.

Can I order blinds in sizes not shown on your website?
No. The dimensions listed represent the smallest and largest sizes that can be manufactured based on fabric availability and production limits.
Where can I find information about caring for my blinds?
Product-specific maintenance instructions will be sent with your order.
Do you supply install screws and fasteners?
We do not ship fixings with your order as different surfaces require different screws. Visit your local hardware store such as Bunnings for suitable fixings.
Why might timber blind samples differ from the final product?
Natural timber can vary slightly in colour and grain, especially with stained finishes. This variation is normal and adds to the unique character of timber blinds.
Shipping FAQs
Do you ship orders outside of Australia?
No — Onlineblinds4u currently delivers only within Australia.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
If no one is available and no alternative address was provided, the driver will leave details of the nearest depot where you can collect your order.
How long will my order take to be made and delivered?
As all blinds are custom-made to your measurements, production typically takes 10–14 business days.
Cancellation & Returns FAQs
Can I return my blinds?
As all blinds are made to your measurements, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless covered under warranty. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
What if I measured incorrectly or made an error in my order?
If the error is ours, we will remake or repair the blind at no cost, including free delivery. If the error is due to incorrect measurements or order details provided by you, we can assist with alterations or remakes, often at a discounted rate.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours. Once production begins, modifications may not be possible. Email confirmations must be acknowledged by our team.
Can I buy one blind now and order matching ones later?
Yes, but slight colour variations may occur due to different dye batches. Fabrics or product lines may also be discontinued. For perfect consistency, order all blinds for a room at the same time.
