⏳ Order Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that orders can only be cancelled if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
A full refund will be processed if the cancellation request is made within this 24-hour window (for card payments).
After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, as the factory will begin processing and ordering your selected fabric.
🅿️ PayPal Order Cancellation
If payment was made via PayPal and you wish to cancel your order:
- 95% refund will be issued from your total of order value(PayPal retains 5% non-refundable transaction fees).
- If paid by card, a 100% full refund will be processed.
