Product Warranty:

Onlineblinds4u are glad to offer a long term 5 years Guarantee on all of our specially designed products. This guarantee includes all components (e.g., Chain Drives, Aluminum Tubes), mechanisms (cord locks and tilts gears) and components (caps, wands, brackets, etc.) that make up the visually impaired or shading.

The assurance will now not cowl when you have measured a window wrong, we make our blinds to your precise size. So please double check after you have measured that all windows sizes are accurate. Only customers will be responsible if sent orders with the wrong measurements and Onlineblinds4u isn’t responsible. In that case, the customer has to pay for pick up, delivery and the cost of cut back blinds. If it’s a manufacturing fault then there will be no cost at all. (Includes pick up, delivery and Re-make/cut back blinds). To claim a warranty, you must have to provide a picture and video of the fault of fabric, broken parts or any imperfection of rollers.

This warranty does not cover any item which falls flat due to accident, modifications, misuse, mishandling, improper installation, inappropriate operation or cleaning, and ordinary wear and tear (cases: ordinary texture fraying and misfortune of colour escalated from drawn out utilize, front rolled blinds will be more inclined to blurring due to the front of the texture being uncovered to the sun, harm from creepy crawlies or pets). Roller blinds will be checked to ensure it isn’t telescoping, a common issue that will happen with any roller blinds, usually caused by inappropriate installation. Disappointment to do so may cruel the texture might be harmed along the side due to it hitting the edge of the chain drive, and typically not covered under warranty.

In case the blinds do not roll up and down the square, typically due to the installation not being done accurately Onlineblinds4u will not be at risk for that. This may too happen due to out of square windows which moreover has no risk to Onlineblinds4u. Any harm due to the texture rolling unevenly can lead to fraying and tearing of the sides of the fabric which Onlineblinds4u takes no obligation for and will not be secured within the warranty.

Fabric Bagging or ‘V’ing. Bigger blinds, both Hollands and screens might appear texture stowing or faltering. The width of the blind as well as the weight of the fabric contribute to this impact. Screen/Holland blinds more extensive than 2500mm and/or longer than 3000mm are more likely to bag. Delicate fabric is more likely to bag. This guarantee does not cover transportation to or from our address. Any Blinds requested exterior of prescribed max-width and drop sizes will not be secured by warranty. BMAA INDUSTRY GUIDELINE:-

BMAA has prepared an Industry Guideline to assist manufacturers and retailers deal with customer queries regarding the final product. This guideline is in no way a substitute for legal advice. Businesses are bound by legislation such as Australian Consumer Law and Australian Standards such as AS2663.2-1999. This Guideline is accepted by the industry and should be seen as a “reasonable” test for looking at a perceived fault. Recommended Industry Guideline for Faults:

The acceptable guideline for imperfections, marks, dots etc. on a completed product is: • If an imperfection is visible with the naked eye in natural daylight at a distance of 1.2 metres, it is not acceptable. • If an imperfection is not visible with the naked eye in natural daylight at a distance of 1.2 metres it is acceptable.

Minor colour variations may occur between any colour swatch supplied and the order received, as the colour swatch is a guide only, this includes paint, stain and lacquers. This Guideline does not override any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
