How to Measure Roller Blinds – Measurement Guide
A key step before you start measuring is whether you would like your blinds inside the window frames (known as recess fit) or outside (known as face fit).
Recess fit needs a minimum 50mm depth, 70mm is recommended.
- Less light leakage & more privacy
- Blind roll and backing is visible on top
- Recommended for face fit
- Clears obstructions
- Covers backing of fabric
- Recess fit - overall configuration looks like a waterfall feeling
