All blinds and curtains are custom-made to your exact measurements and specifications. As a result, we do not accept returns for a change of mind.

Custom-Made Products

Every product is manufactured specifically based on the measurements, fabric, and options selected at the time of order.

  • We manufacture strictly as per the sizes and specifications provided by the customer.
  • Returns are not accepted for incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
  • Returns are not accepted for change of colour, fabric, or product selection after order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made blinds and curtains
  • Made-to-measure roller blinds, venetians, verticals, panel glides, romans, pelmets, and curtains
  • Orders that have already been manufactured or dispatched

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as per your confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue and label
  • Include your order details for faster resolution

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As all products are made to order, changes or cancellations are limited.

  • You can request changes to your order before the fabric has been ordered. As fabric is usually ordered within 24 hours, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
  • Once the fabric is ordered or manufacturing has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
