How to Install Custom Fit Zebra Blinds (Double Vision Blinds)

Installation Steps – Zebra Blinds
- Select appropriate fixings from a local hardware store.
- Position brackets for face fit or recess fit and mark holes.
- Drill pilot holes based on markings.
- Install brackets evenly, approx. 35mm from each end.
- Check brackets are secure by applying light pressure.
- Ensure the blind is correctly seated inside the cassette before installation.
- Hook the cassette pelmet into the bracket and rotate until it clicks.
- Ensure the chain is facing downward and correctly placed in the cord diverter.
- Test the blind to ensure smooth operation.
Child Safety Requirements (ACCC Compliance)
Secure the chain using a child safety device to comply with Australian safety regulations.
Loose cords must not form a loop of 220mm or longer below 1600mm from the floor.
Fixings must withstand 70N force (approx. 7kg pressure).
Do not use glue or double-sided tape. Proper screw fixing is required.

Curtain and blind cords can be dangerous. Always install safety devices correctly to prevent strangulation risks.
